Terms of Service for App Script Saver™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the App Script Saver™ Google Workspace Add-on (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

App Script Saver™ is a productivity add-on designed to help users save and manage versions of their Google Apps Script™ projects during development.

The App operates entirely within the Google Apps Script™ environment and executes only user-initiated actions.

3. User Data and Privacy

App Script Saver™ does not collect, store, or retain personal data on external servers.

• The App processes information only within the user’s Google account and only as necessary to perform its core functionality.

• No personally identifiable information is stored, logged, or transmitted by the App.

• Use of the App is subject to the App Script Saver™ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  
  

4. External Services

The App does not integrate with third-party services other than Google Workspace services required for operation.

Use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for complying with those terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, user interface elements, documentation, and instructional content associated with App Script Saver™ are the intellectual property of the App’s creator and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to users except as necessary to use the App as intended.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

App Script Saver™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the App’s reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of App Script Saver™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to data loss, project versioning issues, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
